Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website at tanaraxv.com or enrolling in our English language programs, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations in Mexico, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws.
Tanaraxv Language School provides professional English instruction and educational resources. Use of our materials, virtual classroom software, and physical campus at Av. Venustiano Carranza 456 is strictly contingent upon your adherence to these professional and legal standards.
Enrollment & Student Conduct
Eligibility
Our premium programs are designed for professional and adult learners. Enrollment requires a preliminary assessment to ensure placement in a catalog-tier that aligns with your current proficiency level. We reserve the right to refuse service based on assessment outcomes.
Professionalism
Students are expected to maintain a professional demeanor in both virtual and physical classrooms. Harassment, disruption of instruction, or unauthorized distribution of Tanaraxv proprietary curriculum is grounds for immediate dismissal without refund.
Academic Intellectual Property
"The Tanaraxv Method is a structured intellectual asset. We provide license to learn, not to replicate."
All materials provided during your course—including but not limited to course catalogs, audio recordings, digital worksheets, and methodology frameworks—remain the exclusive property of Tanaraxv Language School. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for individual study only.
Financial Terms
Tuition Settlement
Enrollment is finalized only upon receipt of full tuition or the first installment as defined in your program contract.
Cancellation Policy
Notice must be provided 15 business days prior to program commencement for a partial refund. Admin fees are non-refundable.
Invoicing
Official fiscal invoices (CFDI) are issued in accordance with Mexican tax law for all payments received.
Limitation of Liability
Instruction is provided "as is." While we employ expert linguists and structured methodologies, Tanaraxv Language School does not guarantee specific linguistic outcomes, employment placements, or exam results.
Tanaraxv shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services offered on tanaraxv.com. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the program in question.
